This versatile space is ideal for everything from high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to yoga and stretching sessions.
With the added benefit of natural surroundings, our outdoor area helps to keep you motivated and energized throughout your workout. The 10-bay rig is equipped with ropes, rings, and pull-up bars, providing endless possibilities for functional fitness training.

Indoor Racks and Platforms
At the Grassroots Club, our state-of-the-art indoor training area provides an unparalleled training experience in a comfortable and well-equipped environment.
Our indoor area features two heavy-duty, collapsible wall-mounted racks with weightlifting platforms, providing the ideal setup for strength training and Olympic lifting sessions. The racks are easy to fold away when not in use, ensuring maximum space utilization for group classes and other activities.
To enhance your training experience, we have installed dual TVs that display live programming, keeping you informed and motivated as you work towards your fitness goals. At the Grassroots Club, we understand that comfort is crucial to an enjoyable workout experience. That's why we have installed two powerful radiant heaters that can warm up the space within just 5 minutes, ensuring a comfortable environment for your workouts even on the coldest days.
To make your time at the Grassroots Club even more enjoyable, we have also included a coffee machine in our indoor space. You can now enjoy a pre- or post-workout cup of coffee, adding a touch of luxury to your fitness routine.
